    ​Exchanges/Replacements/Refunds for livestock will be considered if contact is made within the 48 hour time frame and it is proven that we have fell short of our promise to you! ​

  • For all snake purchases under £500 the buyer is responsible for arranging and booking their own courier. 

    ​For all snake purchases over £500 we will arrange and book a recognised reptile courier once the animal is paid in full.

    Alternatively all ​purchases can also be collected in person at a mutually agreed time and place. We are always willing to accommodate visitors to our breeding room and happy to share our projects and setup with for those of you looking to meet in person.  

    ​Throughout the year there will also be opportunities to arrange handovers at recognised reptile gatherings and meets such as the IHS.
